Pier and Beam jobs that we install are backed by our satisfactory one year warranty. 

Slab jobs that we install are backed by our Life Time Transferable warranty. 

 

Due to the current market with many bank owned properties, lost information, or policies orphaned by foundation companies, we are offering a Life Time Transferable Warranty. This foundation warranty covers pre-existing piers installed but not currently covered under a lifetime warranty

 

 

What we do

We will evaluate and provide a diagram with visual and computer readings of pre-existing piers with suggestions for any adjustments required.

 

If no adjustments are necessary, we will provide an agreement between the homeowner/buyer and Integrity Foundation Repair to warranty the pre-existing piers.

 

If adjustments are necessary, we will provide an agreement to make the necessary adjustments and then warranty the work completed and the Pre-Existing work. 

Fund at Close (FAC)-

Buyers and Sellers have an opportunity to Fund the Warranty at closing to avoid out of pocket expenses.
